📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • A minimal charge may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if enabled).

4. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier issues, or unforeseen events.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics services but will assist in resolving any issues.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please read our return guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

    • Accompanied by original invoice

⚠️ Important:
Each pair of shoes comes with a tamper-proof seal. If the seal is broken or removed, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at: bluehillsfootwear@gmail.comwith the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Clear images of the product, seal (if intact), and packaging (in case of damage or defect)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Return Pickup/Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable. If not, customers must self-ship to our return address.

  • Shipping cost for self-return (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after a successful quality check.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.


❗ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or with heavy discounts

  • Products with tampered or removed seal

  • Products damaged due to improper usage
